If you purchase your new Tuesday bike online and ship it direct to home, you can follow along with our mechanic, Jake, as he walks you through step-by-step instructions on how to assemble your new bike.
With so many Tuesday dealers, it is impossible for us to know the stock at each location. However, by using the Dealer Locator you can find a local Tuesday dealer. If they do not have the bike you want in stock, you can order it through our online ordering system, and we can deliver it to the shop to be built.
You can order online using our direct to dealer e-commerce platform. This will allow you to buy a bike online and have it shipped to your local Tuesday dealer where experienced mechanics will assemble it for free and notify you when it is ready for pickup.
We do not offer direct to home delivery. It is important that each bike is assembled by an experienced mechanic.
There are many variables in bike delivery dates. The best way to get accurate information is to reach out to your shop and speak with them directly.
There is a lot of demand for our bikes, which is awesome! We are always happy to see people on Tuesdays! However, we understand that this can be frustrating at times. Your local dealer is the best point of contact for understanding estimated arrival times for models and helping you make decisions of what is currently in stock.
We offer a limited selection of accessories on our website that will ship direct to you. If you are looking for something specific, your Tuesday dealer will be able to help you!
Bike Return Policy
Bicycles can be returned at time of pick-up only. After leaving the store with your assembled bicycle the sale is final. All items refunded will include the total value of the item plus applicable sales taxes charged. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. It is up to the seller you purchased from to initiate the return. Please maintain your order confirmation number and receipt as this is required to initiate a return. For Ship-to-Store returns and exchanges a $35 restocking fee for large items requiring assembly is applied. Please contact email@example.com if there are any disputes.
Apparel Return Policy
New, unopened, unassembled, or unused items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition to be eligible for a refund. All items refunded will be returned on the original method of payment when placing the order. The refund will include the total value of the item plus applicable sales taxes charged. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please maintain your order confirmation number and receipt as this is required to initiate a return. A $10.00 restocking fee for smaller items such as accessories will be applied. You can only exchange for items of equal or greater value. In the event the item is exchanged, or a restocking fee is applied, you must pay the retailer the difference directly.
When Shipping back to the seller you are responsible for shipping fees to return the item(s). For your own protection, we recommend you use a shipping method that can be tracked and insured. Our company or the seller you purchased from is not responsible for any lost items in transit.
Returns should be labeled with your original order number marked on the outside of the box and included inside your return packaging as well to help with quick and accurate identification. That will help us speed up your refund or exchange once received.
